Red Velvet Brownies with Cream Cheese Frosting

These Red Velvet Brownies with Cream Cheese Frosting are awesome! Soft, chewy, fudgy and moist, they're topped with a decadently smooth cream cheese icing. Yum!
Ingredients

FOR THE BROWNIES:
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) salted butter, cubed
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ounce (one bottle) red food coloring
FOR CREAM CHEESE ICING:
  • 2 Tbsp butter, softened
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 & ½ cups powdered sugar
