[Best Dinner Recipe] Easy Chicken Parmesan


Ingrèdiènts
  • 2 pounds bonèlèss/skinlèss chickèn brèasts
  • 2 cups sèasonèd brèad crumbs
  • 1 ègg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 24 oz jar of your favoritè pasta saucè (or makè your own)
  • 2 cups mozzarèlla chèèsè
  • Oil for frying
Instructions
  1. Prè-hèat your ovèn to 350 dègrèès.
  2. In thè bottom of a 9×13 pan (or biggèr if you havè lots of chickèn) sprèad a thin layèr of saucè and sèt asidè.
  3. Placè thè chickèn in a zip-top bag. Pound it out into cutlèts. I had 3 largè chickèn brèasts and èach brèast gavè mè about 3 piècès of chickèn.
