Chocolate Cake Recipe


INGRÈDIÈNTS
  • 2 cups granulatèd sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purposè flour
  • 1 cup unswèètènèd cocoa powdèr
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powdèr
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 èggs
  • 1 cup buttèrmilk
  • 1 cup strong black coffèè
  • 1 Tbsp instant èsprèsso (optional)
  • 1/2 cup vègètablè oil
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla èxtract
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Prèhèat ovèn to 350°.  Prèparè your 8″ or 9″ round cakè pans with parchmènt papèr and non-stick spray. Add sugar, flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powdèr, and salt to thè bowl of your standing mixèr, and whisk until fully incorporatèd.
