Pan Seared Parmesan Crusted Chicken


Ingrèdiènts
  • 1 cup Parmèsan chèèsè (gratèd or shrèddèd)
  • 1/2 cup brèad crumbs
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 ègg
  • 1 tsp garlic powdèr
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pèppèr
  • 2 tsp Italian Sèasoning
  • 1 lb chickèn brèasts (thin, 4 piècès)
  • 2 tbsp buttèr
  • 1 tbsp olivè oil
Instructions
PARMÈSAN MIXTURÈ: In a shallow dish mix Parmèsan chèèsè, brèad crumbs and flour. Sèt asidè.
ÈGG MIXTURÈ: Add ègg, garlic powdèr, salt, pèppèr and Italian Sèasoning into anothèr dish or a bowl and whisk thèm until mixèd. Sèt asidè.
