  • 1 pound bonèlèss chickèn brèasts skinlèss
  • salt & pèppèr
  • 1/2 cup all purposè flour
  • 1 ègg bèatèn
  • 1 cup panko brèad crumbs
  • 1/2 cup gratèd parmèsan chèèsè dividèd
  • 1 tèaspoon drièd basil
  • 1 tèaspoon drièd orègano
  • 1/4 cup olivè oil*
  • 1 25 ouncè jar pasta saucè
  • 8 ouncès frèsh mozzarèlla slicèd
Instructions
  1. Prèhèat ovèn to 400 dègrèès F.
  2. Using a largè plastic bag or plastic wrap, covèr chickèn and flattèn to half inch thicknèss using a mèat poundèr or a rolling pin.
